About Finn Erickson
I'm a rowdy music lover who believes there's more than one way to have fun with a violin. I've played in weddings with my brothers, dinner parties, orchestras, around campfires—and even on tour in Japan with the Bakersfield Youth Symphony Orchestra! From Mendelssohn violin concertos to Lord of the Rings themes to George Strait licks, I've always enjoyed exploring whatever music excites me. As a teacher, I love to give students a strong foundation and watch them discover music that excites them to pick up their violin.
